Dark Chocolate Granola Clusters

  • 1 ¼ cups dark chocolate melting wafers
  • 3 tablespoons canna-oil
  • 2/3 cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed

Prepare work surface with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

In a double boiler, combine the chocolate and canna-oil. Heat over medium heat, stirring as needed until fully melted.

Remove from heat and stir in the granola and flaxseed until well combined

Drop the chocolate-granola mixture by tablespoons onto the parchment paper, spacing the cluster evenly apart.

Allow cooling for at least 1 hour.

Store the cluster in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
