JOB TITLE - Dispensary Technician
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Dispensary Technician is responsible for greeting and interacting with patients as well as assisting them with making informed purchasing decisions based on their personal needs. Candidate should have a good understanding of the medicinal benefits of cannabis, a strong desire to learn, and a willingness to teach others. In addition, great customer service skills, professionalism, and caring in all interactions. Must be skilled in using a cash register and proficient in using computer software programs and entering data.
Must be 21 years of age.
High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year working in the service industry are required.
