How to Renew with the MMCC
As of April 2019 the state updated its guidelines about how to maintain your state certification. Those who registered initially without paying the 50$ fee were forced to pay $50 to maintain an active certification. Whomever paid prior to April had a certification good for 2 years from the date of payment. If the patient paid the state post April 2019 their certification would be good for 3 years as of the date of purchase. The 50$ covers identification cards for all patients. To renew your registration, log in to your existing MMCC account and click on the Renew Registration tab. You will be required to answer a few questions and update your address, if applicable. Once the MMCC has your renewal application, the agency will review it and notify you of approval via email.
When you need to renew with your medical provider save your receipt and NCW will pay for it. Ask how in store 😃
